Shipping Information

Free shipping is included on all orders shipping to the U.S. mainland.

If you are a customer in Alaska, Hawaii or any other country, please call us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Your carpet order is shipped directly from the factory via UPS GROUND.

Your carpet will ship five (5) to seven (7) days from the date you place your order. (Weekends and holidays excluded.)

When you receive your order, you are responsible for checking for freight damage.

If any damage is noted you will make sure such is noted with the carrier and call us ASAP.

We send all our shipments signature required.

If UPS delivers the order without signature and it is damaged, you will need to contact UPS to file a damage claim.
